DOG-FRIENDLY STORE POLICY 🐾
We’re happy to welcome friendly dogs to shop alongside their owners!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

Dogs must be on a short leash at all times (no retractable leashes).

Dogs must remain under their owner’s control throughout the visit.

Be aware that there may be multiple dogs in the store at once.

Not all dogs are comfortable meeting others—please ask before allowing dogs to interact.

RETURN POLICY
Refunds: Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase with a printed or emailed receipt.
Exclusions:
• Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
• Apparel, collars, and harnesses must be unworn, with tags attached.
• Opened food and treats cannot be resold. Please consider donating it to a local
shelter or a friend.
